Patricia "Pat" L. Anderson, 75, died Sunday, August 26, 2007 at Select Specialty Hospital of Fort Wayne. Born in Waukegan, IL, she was a Registered Nurse with St. Joe Hospital for 12 years and also worked at Visiting Nurse Service, V.A. Hospital, Public Health Nurse for Allen County and the Lutheran Hospital. She graduated from Columbia City High School and received her R.N. from Purdue and B.S.N. from St. Francis. She enjoyed spending time with friends. Survivors include sons, Dr. Drew (Staci) Anderson of Muncie, IN, David Anderson of Fort Wayne; granddaughters, Vanessa, Olivia, & Julianna Anderson all of Muncie; very special friends, Ivan & Jackie Detwiler of Fort Wayne; preceded in death by her parents, David & Ethel "Peg" Porter. Service is 11:00 a.m. Thursday at D.O. McComb & Sons Foster Park Funeral Home, 6301 Fairfield Ave. with calling 1 hour prior. Gregg Parris officiating. Calling also 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
