Memories & Candles
You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. My memories of Jim are from my younger years, but in them he is always smiling and ready to share a story.

When I think about Uncle Jim all I can hear is his laughter, what a great laugh! It brings a smile to my face. That’s how I will always remember him. He will be missed here so much by so many, but let there be comfort knowing he is in a much better place right now, with other family members waiting for all of us to join him one day. My prayers and thoughts are with the entire family!

What a wonderful man. Knew Jim from our Church. He always made one feel good in his presence. We sang in our little choir together. He was a source of strength for so many. He work at the Mission house will truly be missed.

Dear Ruth and family,
We will treasure the memories we have of both of you at Canal Society tours.
Jim is in the picture that Bob took in Connersville at the Furniture Factory this spring. Even though we got to see you only twice a year, we enjoyed your friendship....and the cookies! Jim was just a nice guy and a pleasure to know. Those we love live in our hearts forever.
Thinking of you and your family at this sad time...

Really sad to hear this. He will really be missed. From all the Bermes family. Maybe my mom can tell him more goast stories in heaven like she used to tell him and Everett Dove. Then they would be afraid to go home in the dark. Thinking of you Ruth Ann.
