I met Bill when Waterfield Mortgage bought Colonial Mortgage in 1976.
I recall Bill fondly, as he was always very friendly to me, and treated me with respect even though he was 20 years my senior.
His friendly demeanor and outlook on life seemed most positive, and i appreciate having been able to know him.

So many memories of good times and sharing with Dee and Bill. Bill was a friend who loved unconditionally and was always there for us, a once in a lifetime friend who will be forever in our hearts. We love you,Dee, and will always be grateful for the years we have had with both of you.

Dear Dee, girls, and grandchildren,
My sincere sympathy to you all on the loss of such a wonderful man. Bill was so loving and caring of Dee with his several-daily visits, and such a great marriage partner all these years. It is sad to think of him not being at her side. I can recall in particular some of the fun parties Bill and Dee would have with John and Connie Truemper at the lake where I would be included. A

We have a terrible time remembering all of the many stories and jokes that Bill would share at our holiday mealtimes. Regardless, his mischevious smile, wink in his eye, and tilt of his head all indicated a good story was about to begin. We will miss his stories and his light-hearted ways. We know that God will have a special place for him in heaven and that it will be an even better place because he is there.
Farewell and following seas to our dear friend.
Much love from the Otto family.
