Irma N. Gingrich Rogers, 96, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at The Towne House Retirement Center in Fort Wayne. Born in Grand Rapids, MI, She was a member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Ft. Lauderdale. Irma moved here from Florida 4 years ago and was very active in the Towne House activities. Surviving are her brother, Fredric "Fritz" (Ellen) Gingrich of Fort Wayne, IN; niece, Ruth Gingrich Davis of Fort Wayne, IN; nephews, Dave (Sylvia) Gingrich of Indianapolis, John (Karen) Gingrich and Andrew Gingrich both of Fort Wayne. Irma was preceded in death by father, David Gingrich, mother, Rose Gingrich, second husband, Finis Rogers, first husband, Irving B Scofield. Funeral Service is Saturday, 4:00 pm, February 25, 2012 at Towne House Retirement Community Chapel, 2209 St. Joe Center Road with calling one hour prior. Rev. Douglas Vogel officiating. Calling at - D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue Friday, February 24, 2012 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Burial in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens , Pompano Beach, Florida.
