My sympahies on Dennis' passing....you are in my thoughts.

Posted by: Kent Miller - Fort Wayne , IN   Dec 01, 2011

Dear Patty and family,
Nancy and I extend our deepest sympathy to you all in the passing of a long-time friend. From the Little League park to the golf courses, we found an upbeat and jovial guy who exemplified the true Christian attitude; both in hard times and in joyous ones. Denny joined our golf outing to Gull Lake for 6 years and although he couldn't join us this year, we included him in many ways. See ya on the back nine, friend. Shep

I was glad to know Denny was at with his loved ones on this last Thanksgiving.

When Denny was at Waterfield Mortgage, we shared many great times together. Denny was a significant part of our growth for many years.

Uncle Denny was always smiling, always a joy to be around. He touched many lives. His health was a challenge, but he never let that stop him. Patti helped with this. The two of them together could accomplish anything. We will all miss him. Saying good by is so hard. Love Dawn

What a wonderful man ~ he came to every practice, game, tournament and sporting event! He cheered for all of our boys and was loved by all! I will miss his smiling face at every game.

Denny and I grew up in the same neighborhood, schools, etc. Dennis is one of the prople from the past that has lingered in memories for many years. Even though I have not lived in Fort Wayne in nearly 50 years, I have always rememberd both Dennis and Carl. My deeptest symapthy goes out to Dennis' family for their loss. The entire Blain family, Cecil, Jim and Carol have shared converstations over the years. Each time, fond memories of both Dennis and Carl enter the discussions. May God Bless and Welcome Dennis into His Kingdom.
